Including GST. Your own indoor bay, with battery conditioning and tyre care included. That's about $173 a month.

Where are you?

624 Ohariu Valley Road, just out of Johnsonville in Wellington's northern suburbs. We're an easy drive from the city, Porirua and the Hutt Valley, and we store cars for people from all over the Wellington region.

How long can I store my car for?

As long as you need, from a few months to several years. Tell us roughly how long you'll be away and we'll quote to suit.

Can I visit or collect my car whenever I like?

Yes, by appointment. Give us 24 hours' notice and we'll have it out and ready. We're open 7 days, 7am to 7pm.

What happens to my rego and WOF while the car is stored?

You can put your vehicle licence (rego) on hold with NZTA while the car is off the road, so you're not paying for months you aren't driving. If the WOF runs out while it's stored, the car will need a new one before it goes back on the road.

Do I need to keep my car insured?

We recommend it. Many New Zealand insurers offer reduced cover for a car that's laid up and not being driven, so check with yours before you drop it off.

How do I get my car ready for storage?

Give it a wash and a vacuum, and take out any valuables or anything that could spoil. We'll take care of the battery and tyres from there.

How secure is it?

The owners live on site, the storage is alarmed, and cameras watch it 24/7. Every car is kept indoors under a cover, out of the weather.
